A Year After Independence

“In Daily Life, I still feel like a Slave”

“What’s it tomorrow Sir. ‘Same thing carry on with it’ ”

I moved to Bangalore back in 2011 not many days before Independence and now it’s a year, I find Bangalore as my second home it’s also pretty correct I’ve been back home just 5-6 times since last August. All these days it was amazing; when I started life here, I had some surges but finally I managed to settle down. But am I Settled.

When I came I just wanted a job, No matter what it takes. But after my Engineering I was still illiterate for the industry. They made me understand how I wasted 4 years at college studying almost nothing. Well it happens everyone, studies at school for GPA. Coz we believe marks fetch us job, if u didn’t I did believe. Now I had to start over again ‘STUDY, LEARN, KNOW’. It was then when I the guy from Engineering started to like Calculation and FEA (Honestly I wasn’t such a good guy with MATHEMATICS). But it gave me great opportunity to combine one of my huge desire. Back in my school days my ambition was to Computer Geek, well now I had to combine the books with the CPU.

And I did pulled it over well, but still after all the struggle and a start up job something is missing. There is a huge void, and something needs to be filled in there. I remember that smile DAD had on, when I opened the door for him back in 90’s. I m missing it, I do like the job but what happen on a daily routine is just Job. It’s now like a 2nd standard school Timetable, wake up pack up the back pack, hit the job back to home. Pa used to say ‘your job depend on how you treat the company’ I now feels like I am living just for the job.

‘The only thing unchanged is Change’ hope it happens soon. Is this why people say that a job could ruin your life, I don’t know and I am not at that extreme now. Studies are the best part of life, it was not coz I learned much but there was always a tomorrow where you expect something different to happen rather than this same old days. Waiting for those tomorrows to appear again

Product of the Decade

“my son is a Doctor, what is yours?”
In India People don’t live, they serve their existence by serving the next generation. Here safety and security lies in the generation next in whom they believe and trust. Rather than creating bank back up, people here educate and build for their Kids. They make their parents live and expect the same from their bairns.

Today India is one of the largest producers of one single product “MAN POWER”. India and China literally runs all major company on earth. We single handedly produce the human resource needed to each and every land mass. Precisely each region produce different product, the south specializes for Engineers and Doctors whereas the north create Entrepreneurs.

Back in 1950's the English won't have expected us to follow them all the way back with them after all those days of slavery. In there worst dreams the won't have dreamt of Mittal buying off spaces in Kensington Palace Garden (ref 4). UK, US, KSA what ever it may be without the Indian community they just cripple, like a car without engine. Just Imagine!! Middle East with out Indians. Be it the Reliance, TATA or the Dabbawala (ref 3) we always shoot high. From Taj to Burj be build and fulfill. Much of them couldn't even make a playing 11 without us. We even didn't spare NASA, 4 among 10 there too are Indians.

All these pointed to one direction “Get Educated”. In other sense People made it necessary that my Son study or society made it much more complicated that children should only study.

This is where every thing went wrong, the 1.2 billion pupil system made a fatal error. Talents and Wishes are squeezed, compressed and pulverized. To produce another specimen out of the same mould. “Education and Institution” here are creating a whole lot of Xerox copies year after year.

Every 33+ speaks of the same darn thing, “We live for our parents and kids” Yes it is, but the problem is they also want the kids also do the same. I don’t me you shouldn’t take care of your parents. Everyone here just Exist, it’s such a system where success in life is about getting a job earning money and feeding, and all those that do not comply are not necessary, even worse Inept.
